Credit card details are required in order to guarantee your reservation.
Reservations with standard cancellations policy allow 48-hours prior to the check-in to be refunded 100%. Cancellations at any other time will be charged a night as a penalty.
Reservations with a non-refundable policy do not allow for any cancellations or modifications.
Special offers are non-refundable reservations which do not allow for any cancellations or modifications, please note that your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged 100% upon reservation and confirmation of the booking. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
Last Minute Reservations are non-refundable reservations which do not allow for any cancellations or modifications.
No-shows for standard reservations will be charged the total first night.
Travelers name must match ID at time of check-in, no other person will be allowed to check-in unless previously notified to the hotel.
Early check out fee: one night penalty for standard rates. Early check out fee: no refund for non-refundable rates.
Habitat Residence will process no refunds for non-refundable rates.

For weekend reservations additional deposit may be required.
We allow our guests to have their packages delivered to the hotel during their stay, however the hotel is not responsible for any items lost or stolen.
Habitat Residence uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. Save for disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your name, email address and your credit card details for completing your booking with the relevant hotel of your choice, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. At the time of your confirmation you agree to these terms and conditions.
Hotel Rules
All articles that are in the apartment are included on an inventory checklist. All articles of the apartments MUST REMAIN INSIDE the apartment, if you move any objects please place it where it was before you leave. Otherwise a charge will be made to your credit card for any missing articles.
All damages caused to the apartment and to the building will be reported to the police and they will have to be paid by the guest.
If the guest does anything against the Florida Law or to any of these rules and regulations your reservation will immediately be suspended and you must vacate the unit, no money will be refunded.
Understand the risk of personal injury arising out of use of the gym facilities and services. You hereby waive and release the hotel, affiliated and related companies and employees from injuries, damages or losses arising from the use of the facility. Use of this facility is restricted to persons 14 years of age or older. A parent or legal guardian is required to accompany Guests who are 17 years of age or younger.
The Hotel is not responsible for any valuable articles left in your apartment or the hotel facilities.
Pets are not allowed unless they are registered at the time of check-in. A $150 non-refundable per pet fee is required and guests must only occupy select apartments. If a pet is found in the facilities without being registered an additional $250 violation fee will be charged per pet. A maximum of 2 pets less than 30 lbs may be allowed.
No Parties are allowed in any of the units or the facilities unless otherwise authorized. After 10pm, the noise must be at a moderate level. Excessive noise is not allowed after 12am (midnight). A fine of $1,000.00 will be charged in cases where this regulation is violated.
Check-In and Checkout dates are stipulated in the reservation form, any changes have to be approved 24 hours in advance. And based on availability.
Our Check out Time is at 11am. If management authorizes a later check out the fee is $100 until 3pm and any time after that an additional night at your nightly rate will be charged.
A credit card has to be on file and the remaining balance paid in order to check in. If you do not checkout with the front desk you automatically allow the hotel to charge any balances or additional fees to the credit card on file.
We are a smoke free facility. Smoking is not allowed in the units or facility. Please be aware that at the moment of check out. There will be an inspection, if you’ve been smoking in the unit the penalty will be $500.
An Additional $150 dollars will be charged to your credit card if the apartment is delivered in bad cleaning conditions.
Habitat Residence Management has the authority to enter the apartment at any time.
The Hotel only offers self Parking for a daily charge of $35 + fees (IN/OUT), guest parking is at your own risk, and the hotel is not liable for any damages or stolen items.
I understand the rules and regulations of Habitat Residence. I authorize Habitat Residence to charge my credit card if there is damage to the apartment or the hotel facilities. At the time of your check-in you agree to these terms and conditions.
Party & Alcohol Consumption
Welcome to the Habitat Residence Condo Hotel. We trust that you will enjoy your stay us. In order to ensure that your stay in enjoyable and to prevent any disappointment to you, please ensure to read the following hotel policies concerning parties being held in the apartments and the bringing of excessive amounts of alcohol to the hotel. No parties on the premises Habitat Residence Condo Hotel has a zero tolerance policy on parties being held in the apartments. A party being defined as:
Any situation where the maximum number of guests allowed per apartment is exceeded
Any situation where the noise level from the apartment is deemed too high thereby disturbing other hotel guest and/or the apartment residents.
Any situation whereby excessive traffic to/from the apartment is identified
Any situation where it is deemed that intoxication is occurring
Any situation where it is identified that excessive alcohol is present.
In the event that any apartment/guest is identified as having a party, the hotel reserves the right to immediately request all occupants of the apartment up to, and including, the guest who has registered for the apartment to vacate the premises. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night’s accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the apartment, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs. Alcohol on the premises Habitat residence Condo Hotel does not allow for excessive levels of alcohol to be brought on to the hotel premises Excessive amounts of alcohol being defined as:
Cases/slabs/cartons of beer etc.
Multiple bottles/ cases of spirits/wine
In the event that a registered guest, or any persons associated with that guest, is identified, as bringing excessive amounts of alcohol on to the hotel property that person will be requested to relinquish the alcohol to the hotel. It will be stored in safekeeping for their retrieval on departure, or alternatively for the alcohol to be permanently removed off the premises. If at any stage a person be deemed in breach of this policy, and refuse to abide by the hotel requests, that a person will be requested to leave the premises. Additional actions that may result in Eviction: Habitat Residence Hotel Condo reserves the right to immediately evict any guest, visitor or member of the public for the following reasons, but not limited to:
Intoxication and /or unsavory/lewd behavior
The throwing of objects over the hotel balconies
Spitting over the balcony
Willful damage to hotel and/or resident property
Physical or verbal assault/abuse on the hotel staff, other guest, apartment residents, members of the public on the hotel premises.
Any behavior deemed as a potential safety threat to others
Any breach of the alcohol or party policies.
Any incident for which the police are required to attend
Consequences of Eviction: In the event that an eviction of any nature occurs, the registered guest, their associates and visitors, will not be able to make future reservations at the Habitat Residence Hotel Condo. In the event that any person requested to vacate the hotel premises fails to adhere to this request, the police will be called which may result in further action being taken against the person/s in questions. No refunds will be approved and any future nights are surrendered. In the event that an eviction does occur, the registered guest will be charged for that night’s accommodation and for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the apartment, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.
Pet Friendly Guidelines
We know how difficult it can be to leave your pet behind when you travel, that’s why we want your pets to feel at home too. We ask that you follow our hotel Pet Guidelines.
When booking your room please inform the hotel that your pet will be traveling with you.
At check in please notify the front desk that you have brought your pet with you.
You will need to provide us with the pet’s information at check-in.
There is a non-refundable charge of $150.00 dollars per animal per stay.
No more than two pets per suite, each pet can not exceed 30lbs
Pets must be kept in their kennel in order for housekeeping to enter the room.
Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier or otherwise restrained when in public areas of the hotel.
Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
You are financially responsible for any and all damages to the hotel caused by your pet.
If other hotel guest complains about any noise, and you are not able to resolve the issue we will provide the local kennel recommendations to house your pet for the remainder of your stay with us.
Pets should use designated outdoor areas for their business, please pick up after your pets.
Subject to availability for a pet friendly apartment.
No-Show
The room will be held until 4pm of the following day unless client has notified the hotel on a different check-in date. Night rates will not be refunded.
